FizBe

A telescoping flood zone buoy that serves as an active, real-time warning system to drivers and pedestrians to avoid flooded areas. Pedestrians often underestimate the force and power of water and  walk into or near flood waters. Motorists frequently drive into flood zones believing they can avoid injury and possibly death.
